Indigo soft blue-grey homewares made using the traditional technique of sgraffito. Nicky’s unique designs are inspired by nature . They are scratched through the surface of the coloured clay slip,  prior to firing and glazing with a contrasting white satin glaze over the whole piece. Incised lines contrast beautifully against the rich tones of the slip as it reacts with the glaze.
